The Zone Diet: How it Works

Though the Zone is not shown on any map, it is not a mysterious place. Dr. Sears, the creator of the Zone Diet, uses the "Zone" term to name certain physiological condition of a human, in which the levels of hormones (insulin, cortisol, and eicosanoids) are kept within the strict limits, which are neither too high, nor too low.
